Exercise 1.2 – Model Release Form

I have created a model release form adapting a template that I found on the internet and as I will probably need to use this in future exercises and assignment projects, I have taken the liberty to include my college logo. This I hope that the added logo will alleviate any anxieties that my models may have regarding my sincerity and honest intentions as a photographer/student.
