Susan Meiselas, born 1948, American documentary photographer, best known for her photographs taken in war-torn Nicaragua and American carnival strippers. Joel Sternfeld

Joel Sternfeld, born 1944, famously uses a large format camera for his images. Sternfeld is most famous for his American road trip, published in to a book, American Prospects (1987). Daniel Meadows

Daniel Meadows was at University with Martin Parr and collaborated together on a project called June Street (1973) (blogged separately). He took a lot of what looks like street style photography in the 1970’s and from some of these he has been able to trace some of these people and has taken photographs of them
